Overview
This Issue is to capture and Track the actions needed to evaluate the Category Maturity of Global Search.

Global Search is used by 40% of all active GitLab users per month.
Users that use global Search have an affinity for finding information across multiple projects and groups as well as finding information from old repos.
Global Search users tend to use 3-4 stages of GitLab. All development groups with 10 or more users and more then 4 active projects have a strong propensity to use Global Search.
Every GitLab user profile uses Global Search.
Advanced Search users make up 50% of Global Search usage.
Advanced Search is only available in Paid subscriptions. And Needs to be integrated with an Elasticsearch stack that is separate from the GitLab Instance.
All GitLab.com Paid Groups have Advanced Search enabled. Advanced Search is more common among large organizations with 100+ active users and 20+ active projects.
