Update Application to Year-Round Neutral Theme

Currently, the Present Picker application features a Christmas-themed background which limits its seasonal appeal. We need to update the background design to a more neutral theme that remains attractive and relevant throughout the entire year.

Priority: Medium Component: UI/Design

Acceptance Criteria:

• New background design should be neutral and not tied to any specific holiday or season
• Background should complement the existing UI elements and not interfere with readability
• Design should maintain the application's welcoming and gift-giving atmosphere
• Background should be optimized for all supported screen sizes and resolutions
• Previous Christmas-themed background should be completely removed
• New background should maintain or improve current application performance
• Design should comply with existing brand guidelines and color scheme

Technical Notes:

• Update required in both mobile and desktop versions
• Consider implementing as a CSS/image change
• Ensure backward compatibility with supported devices
