Update to Issue #17: Implement Gift Rating Feature - Not a Priority

This is a note regarding Issue vuln-present-picker#17 (moved) (Implement Gift Rating Feature).

The gift rating feature implementation described in vuln-present-picker#17 (moved) should be marked as NOT A PRIORITY at this time.

Other issues, particularly the dependency review (vuln-present-picker#18 (closed)) and the application theme update (vuln-present-picker#15 (moved)/#16), should be addressed first.

We will revisit the gift rating feature implementation at a later date when more critical tasks have been completed.
