**Version 1.1.0.3 - Manifest V3 Migration**
* Upgraded this extension to use manifest v3 specification.
* In this new version based on MV3, a small portion of the website may get loaded - before this extension is able to act on the URL - in order to route the URL to Wayback Machine snapshot as needed (or continue to load live page if page is excluded). This is an expected behaviour.
* Refactored codebase into ES6 Modules.

**Fixes :**
* If popup menu is opened before page load completes, in previous version the popup won't have website name and relevant buttons to exclude/include. One would need to close and re-open popup to see the popup updated. Now the popup will update and show correct values/buttons if it is kept open as the page loads

*Note:*
* 'Open all links in new tab' experimental feature has been temporarily disabled in the first release of MV3 migrated extension.
