No obvious Help link in the web UI

The closest existing one is from the Home link in Profile menu dropdown. (Goes to https://gitter.im/home). From there you can click Learn (goes to https://gitter.im/home/learn). #2256 (closed) addresses what you find there.

Where Help be added?

1. Link from the Profile menu dropdown.
2. In the Left-hand sidebar menu (currently has Conversations, Search, People), either as a link, or actually get docs in that sidebar
