Introduce the thread message feed

Part of #741 (closed)

Implement behind feature toggle threaded-conversations

1. Selecting "Start a thread" from the chat item context menu opens thread message feed
   • and triggers a stat
2. Clicking on the X button closes chat message feed
3. Submitting message from the chat input box in thread message feed submits normal message to the main message feed
