Always send mobile notifications regardless of desktop presence

Hello,

Android notifications don't work. I'm not signed in on any other machine or device (which is an awful requirement to get notifications on mobile devices, btw). As such, I end up missing messages from co-workers. Could this be fixed, maybe just have notifications sent to all devices?
