Allow specific placement with a marker comment

Sorry that it took me a while to follow up and open this issue, but as mentioned in my previous comment, it would be great if there was support for marking the desired placement with a marker comment.

Since I see this as most valuable when used by services like greenkeeper, it would probably need a way for the comment to specify which badge would be inserted (maybe something like ). Not sure if this makes more sense following a convention or being passed explictly to the .addBadge() call.
