Dark-mode on android only works for the menu, not the chat

When clicking the dark-mode button/toggle on Android, the menu and Android UI goes dark, as expected, but the chat area stays white!

@igalic We have the piping in place so the WebFrame should be switching but I am already aware of it not actually switching and is the reason why that release sat on beta until we had to resubmit the app just recently. I am pretty sure it's a problem with the CI build bundling in the wrong webapp assets because it works fine in the simulator
