Gitmate auto-closes already closed tickets

Steps to reproduce
Gitmate is configured on our Github repository owncloud/core on Gitmate.io with phasing out mode. Configured as follows:
- label "needs info" time in days 14
- label "status/STALE" time in days 7
- excluded labels: "technical debt", "enhancement"
What is the current bug behavior?
Since today we observed since today that the bot is closing issues that we already closed a while ago.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Leave them poor old closed bugs alone.
