EMEA and APJ Rollout (Q4)
This issue outlines the rollout plan for implementing Continuous Planning for CSMs in the EMEA and APJ regions. Following the successful adoption in the AMER region, we will leverage lessons learned to ensure a smooth and efficient rollout for EMEA and APJ. The goal is to standardize project tracking and success planning across all regions, providing our CSMs with the tools to manage customer engagements effectively and prepare for Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
Objectives:
- Onboard all EMEA CSMs to Continuous Planning by the end of Q4.
- Onboard all APJ CSMs to Continuous Planning by the end of Q4.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure effective usage and adoption.
- Collect and incorporate feedback to optimize global adoption and improvements.
Tasks:

Preparation and Localization:
- Review and update the onboarding materials based on feedback from the AMER rollout.
- Appoint regional Continuous Planning champions to support the onboarding process for EMEA and APJ.

EMEA & APJ Rollout Plan (Q4):
- Continuous Planning champions to schedule training sessions for their respective region/team.
- Monitor adoption progress and collect feedback.
- Confirm that all EMEA and APJ CSMs are actively using Continuous Planning by the end of Q4.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
- The #csm-continuous-planning Slack channel is set up to ask questions and receive support.
- Track adoption rates and gather feedback to refine training and support.
- Document lessons learned from each rollout phase and update the Continuous Planning handbook.
Success Criteria:
- 100% of EMEA and APJ CSMs onboarded and using Continuous Planning by the end of Q4.
- Positive feedback on training and ease of use from CSMs in both regions.
- Documented improvements and best practices for future product development.
