Install gitlab-workspaces-proxy into the cluster using GitLab Cluster Mangement
Many of the applications needed to operate a kubernetes cluster with GitLab can be installed using IaC from the Cluster Management project template. This works for things like the Runner, Ingress, Cert Manager and Hashi Vault. To maintain consistency by using IaC and with the values that need to be configured to install the proxy, it would be very helpful if the gitlab-workspaces-proxy could also be installed using the cluster-management template.
