Verify Async Week - April 5 - 9, 2021

In an effort to help us practice async communication, and to give folks a chance to catch up we have scheduled an async week for all of Verify for the first week in April

This means moving as many sync calls as possible to async for one week, including team meetings, 1-on-1s, coffee chats, etc. We would still want to attend syncs for things like working groups and rapid actions, but try to go async for everything else.

It will be up to each manager to decide which of their meetings they want to move to async, so feel free to adjust your calendars accordingly.
