What does the feature do?
The Windows Shared Runner feature will enable users to run build jobs on Windows VM's running in GitLab's GCP account. This will eliminate the need, for some use cases, of GitLab users that are building software for the Windows ecosystem of having to install and configure their own fleet of GitLab Runners on Windows systems that they own and manage, therefore reducing the effort and time required to start deriving value from GitLab for their CI/CD needs.
How can users find the feature in GitLab?

Windows Shared Runners will be visible to users on GitLab.Com. Users will navigate to Settings/CI/CD in the left navigation menu.
