What’s this issue all about?

Analyzing and synthesizing data gathered from the user interviews conducted in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/13146.

Research Artifacts

• Workflow Diagram
• Scenario Map

First step is to consolidate notes from each interview/persona. Katherine will set up the first example of affinity mapping and Kai + Jarek will collaborate and build on it. Workflow diagrams can be started as you create the summary doc (to help you visualize the flow being described).
