UX Research Communications Strategy
What's this issue all about?
The aim of this issue is to generate ideas about how we can effectively publicise the work that the UX Research team is doing.
Dedicated UX Research slack channel
- Aim to share at least 1 insight per study in the channel. Insights are most clear and valid when shared immediately after research has taken place.
- Integrate Slack bot which notifies members of the channel when a research study is about to start. Encourage participation.
UX Research functional group conversation
- All UX Researchers on the call. 1 slide per researcher. Top 3 insights from recent studies. Link to video snippets. Share quotes. Be ready to tell the story behind your insights.
- Sarah to present high-level strategy/team efforts (no longer a part of the UX Department FGU).
Social media ambassador
- Part of the Research Co-ordinator's role, but UX Researchers should help surface suitable insights.
- Shares insights from recent studies across social channels.
Blog posts
- 1 blog post per quarter produced by the UX Research team. Cycle the author so that everyone takes a turn.
