Survey: Determine name for current Auto DevOps feature set

What’s this issue all about?

We want to ensure that the feature currently named Auto DevOps adequately conveys the meaning of the feature set.

This is:

• you push code and all DevOps steps happens automatically
• automatically detecting, building, testing, deploying, and monitoring your applications

Perhaps Auto DevOps doesn't capture what we are trying to convey.
