Assumptive Consideration Journey Map for Security Tools

Goal:

To create an assumptive journey map of the consideration phase a user goes through to initialize security tools.

Questions to answer (Pre exercise)

• What do we assume to be the process a user goes through from seeing they don't have a security feature and wanting it to right before the setup of that feature.

Questions to answer (Post exercise)

• What are we uncertain about?

• Where do we believe the friction / problem areas are?

• How can this journey be improved?

Timeframe

I plan to break all of the journey mapping exercises up into individual meetings so we can focus on one journey at a time.

We should aim to have this journey mapped and post-exercise questions answered by: Mid-March
