There were several reasons to explain the indifference. (Background and context) We have a large variety of potential features to make available as part of GitLab Plus. We should try to investigate what is the best way of determine which of these resonate the most with our user base, to help us prioritize which ones we should focus on first. GitLab thinks this is a good thing to do, as it could increase the usage ping adoption rates when connected to GitLab.com. This will let us better understand user preferences and usage patterns, to build better features. We also have the opportunity to deliver value to customers, by enabling them to take advantage of these features or to further reduce friction. #### What research questions are you trying to answer?
