We need to fully understand how our current research process impacts our partners (PM, PD, etc.) so we can make improvements and increase efficiencies.

PD, PM, Engineering - anyone who conducts user research and documents findings/insights

If we improve the UXR process to closely align with our partner's current processes, it will be easier for them to adopt and easier for them to keep up with.
