What’s this issue all about?

We need to fully understand how our current research process impacts our partners (PM, PD, etc.) so we can make improvements and increase efficiencies.

Who is the target user of the project?

What improvements can we make to the current UXR process so our partners feel successful and not bogged down by process and increased load?

What hypotheses and/or assumptions do you have?

If we improve the UXR process to closely align with our partner's current processes, it will be easier for them to adopt and easier for them to keep up with.

What decisions will you make based on the research findings?

We will modify the current UXR process.

What's the latest milestone that the research will still be useful to you?
