- Needs to use a lot of tools
- Needs to understand and encourage outcome vs output
- Needs to automate/reuse as much as possible
- Needs to understand and remove what's blocking their team
- Needs to be able to define, document, "sell" and properly share a "North Star" vision for team
- Needs to ensure the project is moving forward/help drive it
- Needs to quantify user and business value of an idea
- Needs to understand and provide progress of work over time (both short/small projects and longer term releases at once)
- Needs to encourage, inspire and motivate team (soft communication skills)
- Uses research methods and analytics tools to determine if they're delivering value

The two initial jobs we defined were validated in this research:
- Plan and collaborate on value delivery: refers to the planning both at the higher program/portfolio level as well as the more granular story/task level and any async collaboration associated with documenting this work

Make sure we're
shippingestimating and delivering the right things: understanding, iterating and collaborating on the idea, estimating and coding the work, delivering the work
However, I feel there's a middle step missing between the two of having the ability to monitor, track and adjust work for the team as needed so I'm proposing a third job of: "Evaluate and adjust team work"
