I’m looking to make some edits as part of preparing a training session around usability testing.

      Rationale for key edits:

Suggesting to remove ‘Core questions’ and ‘Additional questions’, as I see people also noting questions directly under ‘What questions are you trying to answer’ and possibly getting confused by this sub-devision.

Suggesting to revise ‘What persona, persona segment, or customer type experiences the problem most acutely?’ to ‘What criteria must your participants conform to?’, for two reasons:
      - Sometimes testing wouldn’t be done due to users experiencing a problem (e.g. we just want to test out new designs for a brand new feature).
      - I would like them to specify Participant profile, to be used for crafting a screener, rather than have this stay at the very broad level of the relevant persona.

Suggesting to revise: ‘What, if any, prior research have you done?’ to ‘What, if any, relevant prior research already exists?’, as the prior research might not have been conducted by the person leading this study.

Suggesting to remove ‘Who will be leading the research?’, as I believe this serves the same purpose as assigning someone to the issue.

Suggesting to revise ‘What is the link to your prototype/design artifact?’ to ‘Links (script, prototype, etc.)’, to include other relevant files.
