Remove blank token attributes from data sources

Tokens are usually only accessible when they are created. Therefore, the majority of datasources cannot retrieve the token values. However, some datasources still include the token attribute, with a blank value.

This issue is to identify and remove all token attributes from data sources. It is a breaking change and will be part of the 19.0 release.
