Feature request - Unlimited token lifetime for service account

Gitlab allows creating service account token with no expirity date, in terraform provider expires_at is optional and can be blank, but 'When left blank, the token follows the standard rule of expiry for personal access tokens.'. Please add behaviour for unlimited service account token lifetime.
