Valid values for default_branch_protection_defaults of groups

Is there a reason why gitlab_group block default_branch_protection_defaults fields allow_to_merge and allow_to_push only allow developer and maintainer? "no one" can also be selected in the UI, it would be nice to have in the provider as well. gitlab_branch_protection provides "no one", as well.
