Avatar support on gitlab_project_access_token

We recently introduced the ability to define avatars for PRAT bot users. It'd be neat to get this capability added to the terraform provider.

We are using that internally in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/infra-mgmt, and there are some bot accounts that were migrated to project tokens which currently no longer have an avatar as a result.
