Add an "examples" folder that contains several examples of how to use the provider

Feature Description

It was mentioned in our community hours that it would be great to see a couple examples of how to use the terraform provider to setup some common use-cases with GitLab. A couple ideas of examples:

• How can I use the provider to setup groups/projects for my group?
• How can I use the provider with K8S to setup my projects?
• How can I use the provider to set up a GitLab runner?
