Code Suggestions and Duo Chat are very dependent on user inputs. The Chat docs list types of questions you can ask, and this list is growing as we add more functionality. The assumption that the value of the chat is greater when you ask questions that are really related to the work you are doing, instead of the more generic questions that are covered by /slash commands. For example, questions such as why was this function changed or elaborate on this point.
