Tech Writing: Rewrite One Topic or Section as a Test of using Multiple Document Types

Using the standards/needs in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/technical-writing/issues/9, identify and improve the documentation for one feature, section, or topic of our documentation. This will help us figure out if the template needs modifications, or if it is sufficient. Additionally, as the community, tech writing team, and developers contribute towards documentation, there will be no ambiguity on the format and quality required for contributing to GitLab documentation if there is an example page we can point to.
