Improve visibility of links applied to code-formatted text

Problem

Links that are applied to inline code-formatted text are difficult to see.

I noticed when reviewing some docs feedback on missing info on this page. The info is available if you follow the link on trigger:strategy, but it's easy to miss that the link is there. It looks a bit like a shadow:

We're probably also not meeting accessibility guidelines on contrast.

Proposal

In addition to underlining, consider changing the text color and possibly increasing the contrast. For example, I think the way Mozilla does it is nice and easy to see:
