Feedback: Docs site redesign + dark mode

This issue is to track feedback on the Docs website redesign.

About the project

The Technical Writing team collaborated with UX Paper Cuts to update the look and feel of the GitLab Docs website. This work includes the introduction of dark mode for the site.

• Be specific: Provide as much detail as possible, including device/browser information, steps to reproduce, and expected vs. actual outcomes.
