Use possessive form of GitLab correctly in documentation
Issue Description
According to the information in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/legal-and-compliance/-/issues/318:
Typically you can make a company name possessive, when referring to the company, but should not do that when referring to the product e.g. GitLab's services. When you are referring to a GitLab product, you should state is it "GitLab Community Edition" etc. We should make a start cleaning this up.
Based on this direction, we need to ensure that our Style Guide is providing appropriate guidance about this to our content creators, and we need to clean up any incorrect possessive uses of GitLab.
