DRAFT Context-sensitive Help
We know that users struggle to learn what GitLab can offer and how to best use GitLab for their purposes. A in-app Help solution could improve learnability of the product.
GitLab users are limited in their ability to get Help quickly by the lack of context-sensitive, relevant topics or links to relevant info within the application. While some GitLab pages do include links to the doc, there isn't a requirement to do so, and they link to the local /help version, which confuses people.
GitLab is a SaaS product, a self-managed product, and is sometimes used in offline environments. Users would benefit from a Help solution (third-party or otherwise) that was consistent. We probably have some dependency on the /help solution issues.
