Accessibility review

Check the homepage and a few interior pages for accessibility issues.

• Be sure to check at least a pages with code samples since these may have color contrast issues that aren't present elsewhere.
• Check at least a few pages with each shortcode (tabs, version history, etc) that might not be included site-wide.

Make fixes for major issues and write follow-up issues for anything that seems non-critical but medium/high-effort.
