Support Google-like search operators

With Google, you can use "operators" for an advanced search:

• quotes to require an exact match
• + to require a word
• - to specify a word to leave out

There are a lot of these, here's a list of 40: https://kinsta.com/blog/google-search-operators/

Can we make some of these work for Elasticsearch? Quotes for exact matches would be particularly useful.
