Many image paths are broken

In #69 (closed), we added an image render hook that rewrites image paths to be absolute, rather than relative. The problem is probably in this template. We do still want absolute paths. Since images need to resolve in /help, we should not change the actual paths (e.g, in a migration script), but rather we need to handle this in Hugo somehow.
