Call for Maintainers

This gem was bootstrapped and since latest release is capable of providing the minimum viable features to allow displaying Emoji.

We want to have more people involved with the codebase and that can help drive future Emoji support in our application.

At this point, anyone within the organization is welcome to take a maintainer position.
