Lighthouse report recommendations

Some of these things may involve how you set up your S3 bucket, but I figured it was worth documenting:

• Would be great for the build process to include the ability to make gzip versions of the assets. Would S3 automatically serve these?
• Could the build process remove unused CSS automagically?
• Are there significant "unused" vendors being imported?
• Should we make suggestions about how to set up caching in S3? Since it's Vue with cache-busting hashes on the file, would be nice to just have the cache be a year
