Set up E2E testing for the status page

We have gotten the green light for Cypress E2E testing as part of the status page and the initial MVC should cover:

• Adding Cypress to the project => !76 (merged)
• E2E for the list page => !77 (merged)
• E2E for the details page => !79 (merged)
• Restructure testing based on feedback => !82 (merged)
