Compilation Issues for protocol fuzzer CE

On my Debian Testing I cannot get this compiled, so I tried various Docker containers with Ubuntu 14.04, 16.04, 18.04 and 20.04.

They all fail (slightly differently) but the main issue seems to be that the repository for .NET packages does not exist anymore (after I solved the issue that the certificates where not accepted). Any idea on how to get Peach compiled? Or can you provide builds/releases?

A working Dockerfile would be best for every user IMHO.
