Remove Gemnasium Server from documentation

What does this MR do?

Remove Gemnasium Server and Gemnasium DB from documentation.

gemnasium-db now becomes the single source of truth, and is no longer used to maintain the Gemnasium DB through the Gemnasium API. The uuid key becomes deprecated.
