License of the JSON Schema

We're looking to utilise the JSON Schema as part of validating our local advisory repository before contributing it back to the GitLab Security Alert Database. However, the repository license is not a standard FOSS license and the MIT-licensed, time-delayed repository does contain this JSON Schema.

Are there plans to provide the JSON Schema in a standard FOSS license?
