Add CVE-2019-17495 for SpringFox Swagger UI maven packages

Hi!

Now The GitLab Advisory Database contains information about CVE-2019-17495 for npm packages. But there are maven packages that contain the same code and the same CSS injection in Swagger UI. for example, there is io.springfox:springfox-swagger-ui:2.9.2.

Is it possible to add this vulnerability for maven packages too? thanks a lot!
