This is not needed with ruby 2.x but became necessary in 2.3.x
(even though it was not with earlier versions of ruby 2.3).

If the bundler gem is not loaded then the tests fail with NameError
"uninitialized constant Bundler" or "uninitialized constant Helpers::Bundler".

Require bundler gem from spec_helper
