This MR adds support for the new container scanner analyzer implemented by gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/klar!11 (merged). Changes to the .gitlab-ci.yml file to support container-scanning-qa were made by gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/klar!17 (merged)
