Publish source and JavaDoc JARs to the Maven repository

It would be nice if source JARs (and JavaDoc JARs) were published to the Maven repository at https://gitlab.com/api/v4/projects/19871573/packages/maven.

(It would be even nicer if the JARs were published to the Maven Central repository, as well.)
