Rename Secure stage to Application Security Testing in Onboarding Doc

Problem to solve

devopsapplication security testing is the new stage name replacing Secure, we want to update references to the new stage name in our onboarding docs as well as references to slack groups.

Proposal

• Replace references to Secure with devopsapplication security testing
• Update slack group names with their new names
• Tag EM's of this stage in for review
