I feel like we could do these?

  1. Each team member completes a functionally related training (completion optional)
  2. Make 100% of target hires for Q4
  3. 100% of team members should complete async portion of the psychological safety training
  4. each engineer should meet with a customer

assuming our OpenShift dev is on for q4?

i am always 100% for everyone taking time to learn so i feel like everyone setting aside 1 full week (maybe more?) to take a udemity course or something or do some internal 1 month cross-team internship would slow us down but would be 100% useful and goal to have everyone share after a short demo or summary of learnings?
