Create a clear "Secure & Protect PM Call Prep Work" document

In order to make sure that the relevant questions have been asked and a customer call is worth a PMs time we should establish a prep work document we require before we are scheduled into a call.

We can also link/provide resources in the document for those who may be new and not be aware;

  • when to use PMM
  • recorded online demos, strategy meetings, etc
  • direction pages
  • user docs

We may even want to record a (quarterly?) train the AM/Sales person with our default deck?
