Follow up with infrastructure to send Global Search related production alerts to g_global_search Slack channel

As mentioned in investigating incident, https://gitlab.slack.com/archives/C02FJSYR5UZ, we found there was actually an alert sent out. But, it's sent to a slack channel where all the alerts are sent to. It would be able to give us more visibility if Global Search alerts are sent to g_global_search channel.
